摘要
通过查阅、分析与归纳文献内容,对孤独症的中医认识、病因病机,以及近10年来中医药治疗儿童孤独症进行综述,并得出以下结论:中医治疗孤独症虽然能改善患儿部分症状及评分,但确切疗效仍需要验证。孤独症的中医理论尚不清晰,现有的脏腑辨证体系尚不能应对孤独症复杂的临床表现,需要进一步的规范与探讨。并且需要进行相关基础研究以阐明中医药干预孤独症谱系障碍的具体作用机制以提高疗效。
By consulting, analyzing and summarizing the literature, the author summarizes the understanding, etiology and pathogenesis of autism in TCM, and reviews the research progress of TCM in treating childhood autism in recent 10 years. TCM treatment can improve some symptoms and scores of autism, but the exact efficacy still needs to be verified. The TCM theory of autism is not clear, and the existing Zang-fu diagnosis and treatment system cannot completely cope with the complex clinical manifestations of autism. It is also necessary to carry out relevant basic research to clarify the specific mechanism of TCM intervention of ASD in order to improve the efficacy.
