摘要
分析了钻削加工的数学表达,采用模糊数学方法描述其中具有模糊性的经验参数与经验约束,建立更符合加工实际的模糊优化模型。针对模糊优化过程中模糊约束边界扩大的随意性问题,提出了模糊约束边界的可靠度准则,通过合理选择约束边界宽余量,保证了模糊优化结果的可行性。采用均值水平截集法进行模糊模型的转化求解,该法要求同类别隶属度函数值的均值大于给定截集水平值,较好地保留了模型原有模糊性。算例表明,基于可靠度的模糊优化解更具有优越性。
After the analysis of the mathematical model of drilling process, fuzzy optimization model, which was represented more reasonable decisions in the practical manufacturing environment, was established by considering the uncertainness of param- eters and restriction conditions. Reliability rule was put forward to reducing the random of extending the fuzzy restriction condi- tions. Security of optimization was strengthened by selecting reasonable excess capacity of restriction conditions. Average-Level- Cut-Method which demanded the average of membership function values exceeded the given level was used to solve the fuzzy mod- el. And the fuzzy characteristic of model during the solving process was maintained. An example was presented to prove the va- lidity of the proposed method.
