摘要
本文以最低生产成本为目标函数,考虑刀具磨钝标准选取的不确定性及各约束条件边界的模糊性,运用模糊综合评定及模糊优化方法确定了刀具磨钝标准、刀具寿命及切削用量等参数。最后给出粗、精(略)车GCr15轴承环算例。
In the paper, With the mininum Production cost of an operation as the objectives and considering the indetermination of the tool wear criterion and the fuzzy characteristics in the transition intervals of the constraint bounds, the parameters of the tool wear criterion, the tool llfe and the machining conditions ar determined by mean of the fuzzy synthesis and the fuzzy optimization. Atlast, an example of roughing and finishing bearing ring is given.
