蚯蚓纤溶活性成分的抗凝及溶血栓作用 被引量:9

摘要 家兔静往蚯蚓纤溶成分F2,观察其整体抗凝、促纤溶及溶血栓作用。与给药前比较,给药后20分钟凝血时间明显延长(P<0.05),给药后20min及1h凝血酶原时间明显延长(皆P<0.05),给药后4h及5h血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显降低(皆P<0.01),给药后1,2,3小时血浆代球蛋白溶解活性均见升高趋势,给药后24h,血栓模型的检重明显减轻(P<0.05)。 The in vivo anticoagulative and thrombolytic effects of fibrinoytically active component ofearthworm (F2) were studied in rabbits. Twenty minutes after the intravenous injection of F2, coagulation time wassprolonged signficantly compared to that before the injection (P<0. 05). Prothrombin time was also prolonged 20minutes and 1h after the injection (P< 0. 05). In addition, plasma fibrinogen contents at 4 and 5 hours after intravenous injection of F2 were decreased (P< 0. 01), and the fibrinoytic activities of euglobin at 1,2, and 3 hours after the injection tended to increase. The weight of the thrombi obtained form pulmonary artery thrombus model wasreduced significantly 24 hours after given F2 (P< 0. 05).
