摘要
高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其规模的迅速发展,为地方经济建设和社会进步作出了很大贡献。但在发展中,影响高职教育持续发展的许多深层次问题,如内涵建设跟不上规模扩张的问题、高职教育功能不够完善的问题、自主办学与行政约束的问题、产学合作无法深入的问题、人才结构性失业的问题等等,不断地暴露出来。按照科学发展观的要求,高等职业教育必须正确定位,打造"双师"队伍,构建合理的职业教育体系,建立有效的互通机制,树立现代人才观,以质量求生存,以质量求发展,深化改革,营造高职教育自主发展的空间,充分发挥职业教育的潜能,建立完善的职业认证体系与劳动准入制度。
The higher vocational education is an important constituent of our country＇s high education and it develops rapidly in its scale, which has made the very big contribution for the local economic development and social progress. However, during the development, many deep - level questions which affect development of the higher vocational education are exposed continually, for example, the connotation construction cannot keep up with the scale expanding, function of higher vocational education are not perfect, the independent school is restricted by the administration, the cooperation between school and enterprise cannot penetrate, graduates are faced with structural unemployment. According to the view of science development, the higher vocational education must locate correctly, train double - certificate oriented facuhy, construct the reasonable vocational education system, establish the effective intercommunication mechanism, set up modern talented viewpoint, survive on high quality, develop through quality, deepen reformation, build independent space of development for vocational education, display potential of vocational education fully, establish perfect occupation authentication system and work admittance system.
