利用分子标记预测作物杂种优势研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 作物杂种优势是一个复杂的数量性状,利用分子标记估算亲本间的遗传差异,再据此预测作物杂种优势在一定范围内是可行的。通过增加与杂种优势相关的特异分子标记的数目,选用来自相同杂种优势群的亲本材料,可提高作物杂种优势预测的准确性。作物杂种优势的遗传机理有待于进一步研究。 Heterosis in crops is a complicated quantitative trait. Molecular markers can be used to estimate the genetic difference between the parents, further to some extent to predict heterosis in crops. By increasing the number of special markers related to heterosis and selecting parental materials from the same heterosis population, the accuracy of crop heterosis prediction can be improved. The genetic mechanism of heterosis in crops is still needed to be deeply studied.
