摘要
分析阐明了由冷却风扇引起的电机气动噪声的产生机理及其频谱特征,并利用叶片表面钻孔和叶片边缘开齿两项措施对电机气动噪声进行治理研究,通过大量的试验优化取得了较为理想的降噪效果。
The principles of the generation process of the motors' aerodynamic noise and its frequency characteristics were analyzed and interpreted clearly.Drilling holes on the motor fan's blades and making teeth at the edges of the fan's blades were proposed to reduce this kind of noise.Through a large number of experiments and optimized studies,a satisfied noise reducing effect was obtained.
