摘要
凿岩机试验台在工作时会产生严重的噪声污染 ,根据对凿岩机试验台产生噪声的根源及其量级的分析 ,结合有关国家标准及厂方提出的治理要求 ,提出了比较切实可行的综合治理措施 ,设计制作了用于隔声的隔声罩和排除油烟的排气消声器 ,经实测 ,取得了令人满意的降噪排气效果 ,极大地改善了工人的工作环境 ,通过了有关方面的验收。为今后相类似的噪声治理工作提供了有益的借鉴。
Quarrying machine test platform usually brings severe noise pollution. After analysis of the causes and sound level and combination of relevant standards with requirements of the factory, a sound insulation cover and a muffler are designed for noise reduction. The result is good enough to improve working condition and provides helpful reference for similar noise problems.
