摘要
介绍了注塑机控制系统的工作原理,分析了传统继电器控制系统的不足,提出了用PLC和触摸屏对传统继电器电气控制系统进行改造的方法,最后给出了PLC控制系统的硬件组成及软件设计方案。
The paper introduced the operation principle of the plastic injection moulding machine control system. It analyzes the limitation of the traditional relay control system, and puts forward the project for reconstructing the control system with PLC and touch screen, at last, the hardware and the software of the PLC control system are introduced in detail.
