摘要
基于德国3S公司软PLC产品CoDeSys,阐述应用软PLC技术构建温度闭环控制系统,充分发挥软PLC扫描精度高、运算能力强等优点,为注塑机温度控制提供了一套全新的方案。根据现场调试的结果表明,提供的控制方法行之有效,各控制段静态温控精度在±1℃,动态精度达到±2℃,而且系统鲁棒性好、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,满足注塑机对温度控制的要求。
Describes the way to construct the closed-loop temperature control system based on the softPLC technology. It provides a new satisfactory temperature control solution for the plastic injection molding machine by exerting the high scanning aeeuraey and the great operation eapabilities of CoDeSys. It is proved by the practieal test that the temperature eontrol system is efficient. The statie temperature error is within ± 1℃ and the dynamie error is less than ±2℃. The robustness,reliability and anti-interference capability of the system also meet the requirements.
