摘要
采用文献复习、专家咨询等方法从护理风险管理的组织机构、制度和计划、流程与方法3个方面构建1种能保证医院护理安全、消除护理过程中风险隐患和降低护理风险系数的管理结构体系,目的是有效降低护理风险,保证医疗护理安全。
In order to reduce nursing risks and ensure nursing safety ,this paper introduced the construction of nursing risk management system. Based on literature review and Delphi＇s method ,a nursing risk management system was constructed from the aspects of organization,regulations and planning,work flow and methods,which can ensure nursing safety ,eliminate the potential risk factors in nursing and reduce the risk coefficient of nursing.
