摘要
目的:研究需求分析理论在中国援巴布亚新几内亚医疗队出国前英语培训教学中的应用。方法:对11位同学进行了问卷调查,根据问卷调查结果安排教学内容。采用互动式教学法,以学习者为中心进行医学英语教学。结果:学习者经过半年的学习,医学英语综合能力有了明显的提高。结论:需求分析在专业英语教学中必不可少。
Objective:To apply the Needs Analysis theory to the medical English teaching of Chinese medical corps (11 clinicians) assigned to Papua New Guinea. Methods:The teaching contents were arranged based on the questionnaire survey on the 11 students. A learner-centered interactive teaching method was adopted. Resutls:After training in our school for half a year, the 11 students had a significant improvement in medical English level, including the four skills-listening, speaking, reading and writing. Conclusiong: Needs analysis is necessary in the ESP(English for specific purposes)teaching.
