摘要
针对我国发酵工业在发展中产生的粮食消耗量大、生产用水量大、污染物排放量大的问题，探讨将膜分离技术应用在发酵液菌体分离、产品浓缩精制、高浓度有机废水处理、新产品开发研制。
In view of the problems occurring in fermentation industry, such as consuming a great quantity of grain and water and draining a lot of pollutant, the feasibilities of applying separation technology of membrane to separating fermentative mycelium, concentrating and purifying products, treating waste water, developing new product and reforming traditional technological process, and so on were reviewed.
