摘要
文章分析研究了SCI、EI性质与论文收录率的关系,指出科研人员要提高论文在SCI、EI的收录率,应掌握向SCI、EI源期刊投稿的途径和技巧并且按照SCI、EI的要求撰写论文。
This paper analyses the relation between the character of SCI ＆ EI and the receiving rate of paper. The scientific researchers should master approaches and techniques to publish papers in the source journals of SCI ＆ EI and write paper in standard format in order to improve receiving rate of paper in SCI ＆ EI.
