This paper introduces the background of setting up the special-topic learning website for University Student Health Education, website construction objective, as well as the contents, structure, advantages and special features of the website. It also analyzes the effect of the website application in university education. The creation of such a website will provide an example for the reformation of health education for university students in the information age.
