酶催化下苯酚与丙烯酰胺共聚合制备合成鞣剂的研究 被引量:8

摘要 酚类和丙烯酰胺在辣根过氧化酶(HRP)/H2O2催化下进行共聚合反应,制备了苯酚与丙烯酰胺的共聚物型皮革鞣剂,研究了单体配比对鞣制性能的影响。通过红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对共聚物的结构与性能进行了表征。苯酚与丙烯酰胺共聚物复鞣剂的平均相对分子质量最高为1900左右,分布系数很窄。该共聚物作为复鞣剂时,具有染色效果好、革非常柔软等特点。 The copolymer retannage were synthesized by copolymerization of phenol and acrylamide with horseradish peroxidase enzyme/H2O2 as catalyst. The influence of monomer mixture ratio on the copolymer tannage properties was investigated. The structure and perproties of the copolymer were characterized by fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results show that the maximal average molecular weight of the copolymer is about 1 900, and its distribution index is much narrower. The applied results show that it has excellent softness and dye properties.
