辣根过氧化物酶催化氧化法处理含油废水 被引量:3

Treatment of Oily Wastewater by Catalytic Oxidation Process Using Horseradish Peroxidase

摘要 以模拟含油废水为处理对象,用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)去除水中的油,研究了 HRP 催化氧化柴油反应的工艺条件。实验结果表明,当柴油质量浓度为120 mg/L 时,在 H_2O_2质量浓度为250 mg/L、HRP 的酶活性浓度为0.8 U/mL、废水 pH 为7.4、温度为27℃、反应时间为3 h 的最佳工艺条件下,除油率可达60.89%。实验还考察了壳聚糖和聚乙二醇(PEG)对 HRP 催化过程的影响。实验结果显示,壳聚糖对 HRP 催化过程的影响很小,PEG 则有很好的强化作用,在 PEG 质量浓度为160mg/L 时,除油率可达79.31%。 Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)was used to remove diesel fuel from simulated oily wastewater and the process conditions were investigated. The experimental results indicate that under the optimum conditions of diesel fuel mass concentration 120 mg/L, H202 mass concentration 250 mg/L, HRP enzymatic activity concentration 0.8 U/mL, pH 7.4, temperature 27 ℃ and reaction time 3 h, the removal rate of diesel fuel is 60.89%. The effects of chitosan and polyethylene glycol (PEG) on HRP catalytic reaction were also studied. The experimental results show that. The effect of chitosan is small, but PEG has a good strengthening effect with 79.31% of diesel fuel removal rate when the PEG dosage is 160 mg/L.
