Effects of material anisotropy on drawing of thin wall containers

摘要 为了考察材料各向异性对钢制薄壁容器D/t=513.7(易拉罐)罐身的冲杯及复冲过程成形的影响,采用不同的各向异性材料,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟冲杯及复冲过程,得到具有不同材料属性的变形结果,将对DI(Drawn and Ironed)材的开发提供方向性的指导。 In order to study the effects of material anisotropy on drawing and redrawing forming processes of the body of a steel thin wall container ,a beverage can, with D/t being 513. 7, the ANSYS/LS- DYNA is introduced to simulate the drawing and redrawing processes with different anisotropic val- ues. The obtained simulation results of the material with different attributes are useful to the develop- ment of the DI(Drawn and Ironed) material.
