摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定炎立消胶囊的含量测定方法。方法：以丁香苦苷为对照品,采用Kromasil ODS C185μ分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水（4：6）;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长221nm;柱温30℃。结果：丁香苦苷的含量在0.5-4.0μg呈线性,理论塔板数为3800。炎立消胶囊中丁香苦苷的含量为4.62mg/g,RSD为1.42%（n=5）。结论：该实验方法灵敏度高,重现性、稳定性好,测定迅速,结果准确。
Objective: HPLC was developed for the determination of the quantity of Syringcroside in YanLixiao capsule. Methods: Use the analysis column of the Kromasil ODS C18 5μ, MeOH-H2O(4:6)mobile phase , flowing rate at 1.0ml/min, wavelength 221nm ,temperature of 30 degrees, contracted with Syringcroside. Results: The number of theoretical plates is 3800.The Syringcroside liner is 0.5~4.0μg (r=0.9994).The resolutions are 4.62 mg/g, RSD 1.42% (n=5).Conclusion: The method was found sensitive ,quick, and accurate for the determination of Syringcroside in YanLixiao capsule.
