摘要
以直动圆柱滚子从动件槽形圆柱凸轮为研究对象,应用共轭曲面理论和微分几何知识,推导圆柱凸轮的实际廓面方程。对加工中常用的非等径两坐标加工方法,推导展开平面上非等径刀具中心轨迹曲线方程及刀具创成廓面方程,并对理论加工误差进行了初步分析。
For the cylindrical groove-cam with translating roller follower,the practical profile equation was derived with the theory of conjugating surfaces and differential geometry.The curve equation of tool center path on the spreading plane and the equation of profile machined by tool were given with the non-diameter 2-coordinate machining method often used in machining,and then the theoretical machining error was also analyzed simply.
