摘要
目的观察四磨汤加低频脉冲电治疗对剖宫术产妇排气、泌乳量及子宫复旧的影响。方法选择剖宫术后产妇114例，随机分为A组（四磨汤＋低频脉冲电治疗组）38例，B组（四磨汤组）36例，C组（常规治疗组）40例。四磨汤在术后6h口服，每次20mL。脉冲电治疗在术后6—8h腰骶部进行，观察3组排气、泌乳和子宫复旧情况。结果肛门排气和术后第3日泌乳量A、B组均优于C组（P〈0．01），子宫复旧情况A组优于B、C组（P〈0．01），B、C组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论四磨汤和低频脉冲电治疗分别对剖宫术后产妇肛门排气和泌乳量有促进作用，低频脉冲治疗能有效促进子宫收缩，四磨汤和低频脉冲电治疗联合应用可使剖宫术后产妇肛门排气提前，泌乳量增加，子宫复旧良好。
Objective To observe the effects of combination of Simo decoction and low frequency electric stimulation on the time of anus exhaust, the volume of lactation and uterine involution of cesarean section parturient. Methods 114 cases with the parturient women were divided randomly into three groups. Group A （ combination of Simo decoction and low frequency electric stimulation）38 caces, group B （Simo decoction ）36 caces, group C （control group） 40 caces. Simo decoction was drinked 20ml every time 6 hours after operation. Low frequency eleetric stimulation was carried out after 6 - 8 hours at dorsal sacrolumbar. The time of anus exhaust, lactation volume and uterine involution were also recorded. Results The time of anus exhaust and lactation volume 3 days after operation, group A and group B were superior to group C （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Uterine involution of group Asuperior to group B and group C （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant differ- ences between group B and group C （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Simo decoction and low frequency electric stimulation promote the anus exhaust and lactation, low frequency electric stimulation promote urterus contraction. Combination of Simo decoction and low frequency electric stimulation greatly shorten the time of anus exhaust, increasing the lactation volume and contracting uterus.
