摘要
实验研究了100-500 mg/L青霉素溶液对常规和老化洋葱种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。方差分析结果表明:不同浓度的青霉素溶液对洋葱种子的发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗鲜干重的影响达极显著水平,对洋葱种子发芽和幼苗生长有促进作用。同时也表明不同浓度青霉素对洋葱老化种子活力恢复和提高有改进作用。经过100 mg/L青霉素处理的老化种子活力指数是未经处理的老化种子的2.44倍,老化严重抑制了种子活力,而较低浓度的青霉素处理可以修复老化对种子的损伤。
This research studied the effect of different penicillin solution(100~500 mg/L) on seed germination and seeding growth of accelerated aging seeds and normal seeds of onion(Allium cepa L.).The experimental results indicated that treatments with penicillin at certain concentration could significantly increase germination index,vigor index and weight of fresh and dry matter.Penicillin enhanced seed germination and seedling growth of onion,and it restored germination index and vigor index of accelerated aging seeds of onion while the vigor index of acceleated aging seed treated with 100 mg/L of the solution of penicillin was 2.44 times that of control treatment.It showed that deterioration of onion seed inhibited the seed vigor severely,otherwise,low concentration of penicillin could recover the seed vigor of the accelerated aging seeds.
