摘要
研究了100~500mg/L青霉素溶液对常规和老化胡萝卜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的青霉素溶液对胡萝卜种子的发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗鲜干重的影响达到极显著水平,对胡萝卜种子发芽和幼苗生长有促进作用。同时也表明不同浓度青霉素对胡萝卜老化种子活力恢复和提高有改进作用。经过300mg/L青霉素处理的老化种子活力指数是未经青霉素处理的老化种子的1.35倍,种子老化严重抑制了种子活力,而较低浓度的青霉素处理可以修复老化对种子的损伤。
This research studied the effect of different penicillin solution (100;500 nag/L) on the germination and seeding growth of accelerated aging seeds of carrot (Daucus carota var. sativa DC). The experimental results indicated that treatments with penicillin at certain concentration could increase germination index, vigor index and weight of fresh and dry matter more significantly. Penicillin enhanced seed germination and seedling growth of carrot, and it restored germination index and vigor index of accelerated aging seeds of carrot while the solution of penicillin was 300 mg/L added and the vigor index was 1. 35 times than that of control treatment. It showed that deterioration of carrot seed inhabited the seed vigor severely; otherwise, low concentration of penidllin could recover the seed vigor of the accelerated aging seeds.
