摘要
金融资产管理公司在处置完政策性划拨的商业银行不良资产之后,其未来发展路径的选择显得十分紧迫。本文认为应该尽快实现其商业化转型,而不应撤销。文章从资产管理公司当前面临的主要问题转型的内外部条件论证其商业化转型的必要性,并着重说明其商业化转型能够增加社会福利。
