摘要
近年来,金融资产管理公司取得了积极的经营绩效,但也存在一些问题,如资产管理公司定位尚未明确、法律和制度环境不完备、公司法人治理结构不健全、经营市场化程度亟待提高等。在我国金融改革、开放和发展的新形势下,金融资产管理公司仍然有继续存在的必要性和积极意义,但必须进行重组改革,要尽快明确资产管理公司的发展定位,建立现代公司治理结构和市场化的运行机制,加强和改善资产管理公司的经营环境、制度建设和外部监管。
In recently years, Financial Asset Management Corporations （FAMC） has performed quite well but some problems remained, Mong with the financial sector＇s new reform and opening up in China, FAMC is expected to play an active roll in the reform of the state-owned commercial banks. Meanwhile the corporate governance of FAMC should be reformed as soon as possible to clarify the right function and roll as a market entity, and to establish the market oriented management system and corporate governance.
