摘要
以反相离子对HPLC法测定复方卡托普利片的含量，采用国产YWG－C18往以甲醇－水－磷酸（35：65：0．02）为流动相，以本巴比妥为内标物，检测波长为220nm，方法简便、准确。
A reversed-phase HPLC for the systematic analysis of compound captopril tablets was reported. Using column TWG-C18, a mixture of methanol - water-phosphoric acid (35: 65:0.02 ) was used as a mobile phase. The internal standard is benbabituo. The wavelength is 220nm. The method is simple and precise.
