摘要
目的：为儿童股骨头缺血性坏死提供一种有效的新疗法。方法：采用以旋股内侧血管深支股骨大转子骨膜瓣移位植入为主的综合术式治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死２２例。结果：系统随访半年以上者２０例，平均随访时间为２年３个月，优良率占８５％。结论：此手术能起到有效的减压和提供充分的血循，适用于ＣａｔｅｒａｌⅠ～Ⅲ型患者，对ＣａｔｅｒａｌⅣ型亦可收到一定疗效，其残留畸形可待再次手术矫正。
Objective:Provide a new effective method for ischemic necrosis of femoral head in children Method:22 cases of the disease in children were treated by synthetical operation,which transposition of great trochanter periosteal flap pedicled with deep branches of medial circumflex femoral vessels is principal Result:Systematic follow-up of above half a year has 20 cases and average period of follow-up is 2 years and 3 months Excellent rate was 85 percent Conclusion:The operation has effective decompression and provides ample blood circumlation for femoral head of ischemic necrosis in children It is suitable for patients of Catterall Ⅰ-Ⅲ It is also certain curative effect to Ⅳ It’s remained deformity will be rectified in next operation
