摘要
以环氧E-51与St、BA、MAA及N-MA等单体经乳液聚合制成环氧改性丙烯酸乳液.以此乳液为成膜物组分,与颜料、固化剂等制成双组分涂料,其涂层的耐腐蚀等性能获得了很大的提高.讨论了环氧树脂对乳液的各种稳定性及对涂料耐腐蚀性能的影响,并对成膜性能进行了研究.
An epoxy modified acrylate emulsion is synthesised by emulsion polymerization of epoxy E 51 with the monomers of St.BA.MAA.N MA and then a two component paint is compounded based on above emulsion,pigment and curing agent.The corrosion resistance of coating film is enhanced.The influence of epoxy resin on the properties of emulsions stability and paints corrosion resistance is discussed,and the property of coating film is also studied.
