摘要
报道了自行设计开发的离子探针新软件包数据系统。该系统能够实现高分辨彩色离子图象。
The newly developed software package for data processing system in ion microprobe is reported in this paper. The new system provides the functions of displaying of color ionic images with high resolution and quantitative elemental analysis in micro_area.
