摘要
引用水产品卫生质量标准对我国浅海经济鱼类重金属的卫生质量进行较全面的评价,结果表明总体卫生状况是良好的,食用是安全的;个别测站的少数品种单项超标,超标的重金属主要是镉、总汞。本世纪80年代末90年代初,上海、广东岸段鱼体重金属含量比80年代初略有下降,福建岸段的则相反,广西岸段的保持较低水平。
In this paper the food hygienic quality of conmmercial fish in the Chinese coastal waters is assessed for the first time according to the overseas heavy metal standards of fishery products. The absolute majority of the fish is safe to human consumption, the heavy metal contents in which are lower than the statutory limits, although individual species contain little more Pb,Cd, Hg than the limits. The coastal water fish from Guangxi remain good quality,but in contrast to the fish from Shanghai and Guangdong,those from Fujian in the 1980s are better than in 1990s.
