螺旋藻的藻胆蛋白提取及稳定性研究 被引量:20

摘要 对螺旋藻藻胆蛋白提取工艺进行研究,发现低浓度的CaCl_2溶液低温(4℃)自溶提取效果最好。在提取中,分别以新鲜藻泥和喷雾干燥的藻粉为材料,发现前者的藻胆蛋白得率高于后者,而两者的藻胆蛋白分离纯化后,光谱性质基本相同。稳定性研究结果表明:藻胆蛋白溶液在60℃以下热稳定性较好,在低温避光条件下保存最稳定。 According to our researches on the extraction technology of phycobiliprotein from Spirulina maxima, we found that phycobiliprotein could be extracted more effectively with low density of CaCl2 solution at the temprature of 4℃ than it could be done by any other ways. During the extraction, we respectively used undried algal mash and dried algal powder as matrial, and it was found that the former provided more phycobiliproteins than thc'latter did. After puri-fied, phycobiliproteins obtained through both ways had the same character in spectrum. Our studies on its stability reached the following results; (1) The thermal stability of the solution of phycobiliprotein sugviped that it couldn't be kept higher beyond the temprature at 60℃. (2) The conditions under low temprature and away from lightness were needed for long - term preservation.
