逆境条件对酵母菌海藻糖含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 酵母菌经过不同浓度的盐溶液、低温等不同方式的逆境处理,不同时间内取样,对海藻糖的含量进行测量,得出酵母菌海藻糖含量积累的最佳单一胁迫条件是:1.2mol/LNaCl溶液处理酵母菌30 min;0.9 mol/L KCl溶液处理酵母菌60 min;0.6 mol/L MgSO_溶液处理酵母菌90 min;1.2 mol/L CaCl_2溶液处理酵母菌90 min;0.8 mol/LAlCl_3溶液处理酵母菌6h;0.4 mol/LFeCl_3溶液处理酵母菌3h;0℃处理酵母菌15 s. Through the experiments on dealing with yeast under such stress as cold shock and heavy metal ions, we come to the conclusion that the best single stress in the accumulation of trehalose is as follows: dealing with yeast in the solution of 1.2 mol/L NaCl for 30 minutes; dealing with yeast in the solution of 0.9 mol/L KCl for 60 minutes; dealing with yeast in the solution of 0.6 mol/L MgSO4 for 90 minutes; dealing with yeast in the solution of 1.2 mol/L CaCl2 for 90 minutes; dealing with yeast in the solution of 0.8 mol/L A1Cl3 for 6 hours; dealing with yeast in the solution of 0.4 mol/L FeCl3 for 3 hours; dealing with yeast at the temperature of 0℃ for 15 seconds.
