摘要
介绍了一种实现1万t多向模锻水压机无人操作的学习控制系统.该系统由两级计算机系统组成.通过操作人员示教生产一定数量的锻件,学习控制系统在线学习,形成操作知识库,在进入批量生产时,该系统替代操作人员自动完成水压机的操作.本文着重阐述了表达操作过程特征值的提取方法、操作知识库的结构和无人操作的实现。
A learning control system for a ten--thousand-ton hydrostatic press is discussed in this paper. It consists of two--level computers. When an operator who has production experience manipulates the hydrostatic press for teaching, the learning control system learns on-line with con formation of the operational knowledge database. Once the forging process is coming into state of batch production, the operator is replaced by the system to manipulate the hydrostatic press automatically. We expound on the acqusition of the characteristic values describing the operation process, the structure of the operation knowledge data base and the realization of unmanned operation.
