摘要
介绍了某铝加工厂1万吨多向模锻水压机的模锻加工过程,详细说明了控制水压机各部分工作的数字式电液伺服系统的组成和工作原理,给出了水压机控制系统的硬件配置。为了提高水压机各运动部件位置的控制精度,提出采用智能超差二次调整控制算法,并简要地说明了算法的工作原理。最后介绍了控制系统的功能。
The article introduces the die-forging process of the 10,000 ton multi-ram die-forging water press in some aluminum company. The composition and working principle of the digital electric-liquid servo system which controls each part's work of the water press are particularized,and the hardware configuration of the water press control system is also presented. In order to enhance the position control precision of each move part of the water press,the intelligence exceeding tolerance twice regulative control arithmetic is adopted,and the work principle of the arithmetic is brief explained. Finally,the functions of the control system are presented.
