摘要
为了定量评价微光CCD的综合性能,该文进行微光CCD摄像机分辨特性测试的研究。文中完善了微光CCD摄像机分辨率测试系统,整个系统由中性可变微光照明系统、光学成像系统、微光CCD摄像机、监示器和照度计组成。阐述了微光CCD摄像机分辨特性的测试方法,该文采用一定性质的鉴别图案(电视分辨率测试卡),在一定微光照度下投射到微光CCD摄像机的阴极面,在监示器中观察到的最小空间频率就是此照度下的分辨率。文中用此测试系统得到满意的测试结果。
In order to evaluate the comprehensive property of low light level (LLL) camera, the study on test resolution characteristic of LLL camera is carried out. In this paper,the system of testing the resolution characteristic of LLL camera is improved. The system is made up of neutral variabIe LLL lighting system. Optics foragery system,LLL camera,monitor and illumination meter. The principle and method of testing the resolution characteristic of LLL camera are stated. The resolution is the limit solving power in certain condition,that is space frequency of the thinest stripe resolved by LLL camera in the optimum condition. The test results are given in this paper.
