摘要
该文在大量实践与调研工作的基础上，分析比较了目前国内外有关ＣＣＤ（电荷耦合器件）噪声参数的各种测试方案，阐述了微光ＣＣＤ噪声参数的测试技术与方法。
In this paper,on the basis of intensive investigation,the study,analysis and comparison of all kinds of internal and external existing test programs on CCD noise are made,and the test techniques and methods of LLL CCD noise are given.
