摘要
本文分析了俄罗斯银行体系的改革及银行业的重构,1998年金融危机后俄罗斯银行业的变化以及2004年“银行信任危机”及其深远意义。至于的银行体制改革和制度建设未来将走向何方?笔者认为,俄罗斯将进一步完善二级银行体制,一方面加强中央银行和政府(财政部)两个宏观调控主体的协调;另一方面加强中央银行的调节和监督职能。
This paper analyzes the reform of Russian banking system and its reconstruction, its change after the 1998 financial crisis, and the 2004 Russian banking crisis of confidence as well as its far reaching significance. As to the direction of the system reform of Russian banking and system construction, we assume that Russia will further im- prove its secondary banking system to strengthen the central bank＇s coordination with the two main bodies of macroeconomic control-government and treasury department, meanwhile to strengthen the central bank＇s function of regulation and supervision.
