摘要
利率市场化为经济转轨国家金融深化和经济发展带来了契机。通过对中、东欧和亚洲典型经济转轨国家的利率市场化进行分析可以看出,在经济转轨过程中,选择渐进式或激进式转轨路径的依据是本国的宏观经济环境;产权制度的变革是经济转轨国家利率市场化的根本制度前提;利率市场化的效果直接影响了经济转轨国家的银行效率。
The liberalization of interest rate brings with it opportunities in the process of financial deepening and economic development for the transitional countries. We hold up in this paper that, the macroeconomic environments is the starting point for a country when choosing the transitional paths, progressive or explosive, through the comparison of the transitional processes in some typical countries in Central and Eastern Europe, and in Asia too~ and that the reform of property rights is the fundamental institutional premise of the liberalization of interest rate in the transitional countries; in addition, the extent of the liberalization of interest rate has a direct effect on the efficiency of banking in the transitional countries.
