摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑注射液含量及其降解物质．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，流动相为甲醇—水（２５７５），检测波长３１８ｎｍ，流速１ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，柱温为室温．回收率９９．５％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝２．７％，降解物质＜１％，方法快速、准确，重复性好．
Tinidazole and its degradation products in tinidazole injection were determined by RP-HPLC.Column:ODS(5mm×150mm),mobile phase:methanol—water(25∶75),detector UV 318nm,flow rate:1mL/min,column temperature:room temperature.The average recovery was 99 5%(n=5),RSD=2 7%.The contents of degradation substances were less than 1%.This method is fast,accurate and reproducible.
