摘要
目的探讨低聚果糖对动物通便功能的影响。方法根据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》2003年版规定的方法,取昆明种小鼠100只,根据体重随机分为小肠运动实验组和排便实验组,每大组50只,每个实验组分为阴性对照组、模型对照组、实验低、中、高剂量组5组,每小组10只。阴性对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,实验低、中、高剂量组分别给予0.4g/(kg.BW)、0.8g/(kg.BW)和2.5g/(kg.BW)低聚果糖,每天灌胃1次,连续7d。实验结束后,小肠运动实验组小鼠处死后观察小鼠墨汁推进率,排便实验组观察排首粒黑便时间,5h内粪便粒数和重量。结果小肠运动实验组的中、高剂量组小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率均明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05);排便实验组的中、高剂量组小鼠的粪便粒数和粪便重量均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05),高剂量组排首粒黑便时间明显短于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论低聚果糖具有改善便秘模型小鼠的通便功能。
Objective To explore the effect of fructooligosaccharide(FOS) in relieving constipation and defecating feces excretion in animal. Method 100 of Kunming mice were randomly divided into small intestine movement group and defecating group with each group of 50 mice. And each group was once again dvided into 5 small groups( control group, model group, low-, middle-, high-dose groups)with each small group of 10 mice. Control group and model group were given distilled water and low-, middle-, high-dose groups were given different doses of 0.4 g/kg - BW, 0.8 g/kg·BW and 2.5 g/kg ·BW FOS for 7 days. The percentage of ink propellant in small intestine, the time first black feces expelled, and the number and the weight of mouse feces within 5 hours were observed. Result Middle- and high-dose mice in small intestine movement group could increase the percentage of ink propellant in small intestine than that of constipated model mice(P 〈 0. 05). The number and weight of feces within 5 h were higher than model group in middle- and high- dose of defecating group( P 〈 0.05 ), and the time of defecation of first black feces were significant shorten in highdose group. Conclusion FOS can improve the function defecating feces excretion in constipated model mice.
