硫酸钙多孔支架材料的制备及其结构和性能的研究

摘要 以硫酸钙为基材,采用粒子沥出法构制出了SCCS、GLCS系列多孔支架材料,并对二者的结构及特性进行了研究.X射线衍射分析结果表明二者晶体属同一晶系,但SEM结果表明晶体的形貌却不同,SCCS系列晶体为多角形结构,而GLCS系列晶体为长针状结构,这样就造成二者在力学强度和降解速度上的差异。 Calcium sulfate (CS), as a restore material, exists biocompatibility, biodegradability and osteoconductivity. So the studies about using CS as repairing fillers for the treatment of bone defection are reported now and then. But the fabrication of CS porous scaffold has not been reported, so we use calcium sulfate as the basic material to fabricate CS porous scaffold as bone restore materials for tissue engineering, and study the structure and characteristics of the materials by X-ray diffraction and SEM. SCCS and GLCS series porous scaffolds are prepared by using particle-leaching technique. X-ray analysis indicates that the crystal patterns of the two sets of samples are similar, but SEM shows that the appearances of them are different. The CS crystals in SCCS series porous scaffolds are polygon, but that in the GLCS series porous scaffolds are needle shape. This leads to the differences in mechanical intensity and the absorption rates in vitro of these two series of CS scaffold.
