肺癌相关基因甲基化谱研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,细胞基因组的表观遗传学(epigenetics)改变在肿瘤发生发展中的作用日益受到国内外学者的关注。基因启动子区域CpG岛的甲基化导致的基因表达的失活是表观遗传学改变的重要方式之一。大量的研究表明,肺癌中存在多种抑癌基因或促凋亡基因启动子甲基化,并证实这些基因的甲基化与肺癌的发生、发展相关。这些研究为原发性肺癌的早期诊断和疾病监测找到了新的分子标志物。现对与肺癌发生相关基因甲基化的研究现状作一综述。 In recent years, the effect of changes ofepigenetics of cell genome on the development of cancer has been paid close attention to increasingly by researchers. Gene expression inactivation, caused by methylation of CpG islands in gene promoter region, is one of the important modes of epigenetics change. Most researches indicated that many anti-oncogenes or promoter methylation of gene of promoting apoptosis existed in the lung cancer, and the gene methylation was confirmed to be related to lung cancer, which provided new molecular markers for early diagnosis and monitoring of primary lung cancer, This article reviewed the study situation of gene methylation related to lung cancer.
