摘要
教学工作者除了传道、授业、解惑,还要发掘学生对英语学习的兴趣,使不同层次的学生真正掌握一定的英语知识。在培养复合型人才为目标的高职高专英语教学中,管理学中的激励机制是促进外语教学质量提高的有效方法。
In addition to propagandize, intellectual acquisition and resolute frustrations, teaching staff are required to stimulate students' interests to English learning enforcing students of various standard literally acquire definite English knowledge. In the English teaching that cultivating inter - disciplinary talents, stimulation mechanism proved an effective approach to promote improvement of English teaching quality.
