摘要
采用有机(柠檬酸)凝胶法来制备氧化锌压敏陶瓷材料,与相同成分用常规氧化物混磨工艺制粉的对照样品的性能进行比较。凝胶法制备的氧化锌压敏粉料具有准纳米级(200~300nm)的颗粒度,制成的氧化锌压敏电阻具有更高的非线性系数和压敏电压梯度.相对均匀的微观结构及高化学均匀性是采用有机凝胶法制备的氧化锌压敏陶瓷性能提高的主要原因.
ZnO varistors were prepared by organic (citrate) gel route. The phase structures and morphologies of the precursors and sintered samples were examined by using XRD and SEM. The properties obtained on the sintered gel-derived samples were compared with samples of identical overall composition produced by a conventional ceramic processing route. The gel-derived ZnO varistor powder consists of 200-300nm particles, the sintered samples have higher non-linear coefficient and breakdown field. The high chemical homogeneities and uniform microstructures obtained from those gel-derived samples are the main reasons for the improvement of their properties.
