摘要
虽然近几年在全球范围内海水鱼养殖迅猛发展,在数量上和品种的多样性上都得到了体现,但是较低的存活率和变态发育困难都限制了这一产业的发展,本文主要阐述为解决这些问题在海水鱼脂肪营养方面所取得的研究进展。
Although global production of marine fish has increased in recent years, both in terms of numbers of fish and diversification into new species, problems still remain with low survival rates and difficultieswith metamorphosis. This short review highlights some advances made in optimizing lipid nutrition in an attempt to overcome some of these problems.
