摘要
针对文丘里流量计在低流量时测量不准的实际问题,对文丘里管的流动特性进行了实验研究,定量地测出了文丘里管进口及喉道断面的测压管水头差Δh与实际流量Q实。对所测的实验数据进行计算整理、回归分析,获得了测压管水头差Δh与实际流量之间的关系图和经验函数关系式,文丘里流量系数与雷诺数之间的关系图,并指出了有关公式的适用范围。
It is difficult to measure flow velocity in low flow speed case using venturi flow meter. An experimental study is conducted to study the flow characteristic in a venturi tube. The relation of water level difference Ah （between inlet and throat） and flow flux Q is quantitatively studied. The function relation of water level difference Ah and flow fluxQis obtained by regression analysis. The relation between the discharge coefficient of venturi tube and Reynolds numaber is given. The applicability range of above formula is also given.
