摘要
由于测量仪器的精度,测量方法等原因,往往不能得到产品精确的失效时间,得到的是区间型删失数据.本文讨论了指数分布区间型删失数据下的可靠度最优置信下限的估计问题.首先采用极大似然估计方法对指数分布区间型失效数据的失效率进行了估计,然后对每个区间型失效数据采用期望值对其失效时间进行估计,通过估计出的失效时间估计出了可靠度的最优置信下限,并给出了计算机模拟结果.
For the reasons of the precision of measurement tools , the methods we taken, and so on, we often can not get the accurate failure times in reliability experiments, but the interval censored failure times. In the paper, we discuss the exponential reliability lower confidence limit on the interval censored failure times. We first deduce the maximum likelihood estimation of the failure rate of the product. Then for each of the interval censored failure times, using the mathematical expectation as an estimation of the censored failure time of each item. From the failure times we haven estimated, we get the optimum reliability lower confidence limit of exponential distribution on the interval censored failure times and its simulation result.
