摘要
利用RAPD技术，对胰阔金吸虫和胚阔盘吸虫两种吸虫的基因组DNA进行了扩增比较。对25种随机引物进行了筛选，得到一些能够对胰阔盘吸虫基因组DNA扩增的引物．并且利用三种引物对胰阔盘吸虫群体内个体间基因组DNA多态性进行了检测，以期能够利用RAPD技术对胰阔盘吸虫群体遗传结构进行研究。
Genome DNA of Eurytrema pancreaticum and E. Coelomaticum was comparied by random-amplified polymolphic DNA chain reaction. Twenty-five primers were screened for detecting genome DNA of E. pancreaticum for genetic sturcture study of the population and three primers were used to detect DNA polymorphism in the population of E. pancreaticum.
