摘要
目的了解江苏省大学生的性观念及艾滋病相关态度,为高校大学生开展预防艾滋病相关教育提供依据。方法选择江苏省5所大学,采用整群抽样的方法,抽取3221名在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果对于"在校期间发生性行为、宿舍内留宿异性、有多个性伙伴、发生有金钱(物品)交易的性行为"4个问题,男生的赞成率均明显高于女生(P值均<0.01),四/五年级的赞成率明显高于其他年级学生(P<0.05);对于"在校期间发生性行为、宿舍内留宿异性、有多个性伙伴"这3个问题,师范类大学生的赞成率明显低于其他专业大学生(P<0.05)。近50%的大学生对HIV感染者存在歧视,尤其是女生和艺术类专业的学生;57.6%的大学生表示购买安全套时会感到紧张,部分大学生感觉使用安全套有障碍,尤其是男生和低年级学生。结论引导大学生树立正确的性观念、加强宣传教育,使大学生认识到安全套的重要性,对在大学生中有效开展艾滋病预防十分必要。
Objective To study the situation about sex opinions and attitudes towards AIDS among college students in Jiangsu province, and to provide evidence for AIDS prevention education. Methods With cluster multistage sampling,3 221 college students from 5 universities in Jiangsu Province were interviewed by use of questionnaire. Results On the one side, for the following 4 items “To have sex during college time, to accommodate sex partner in dormitories, to have ninny sex partners and to have conrnercial sex”,male students showed higher percentage of agreement with them than female students （ P 〈 0.01）, similarly, students of fourth or fifth grade had higher percentage of agreement than those of lower grades （ P 〈 0.05）. For the first 3 items of the above ones, students from normal colleges had significantly lower percent agreement than those from other types colleges（ P 〈 0.05 ）. On the other side, near half of the students had discrimination against HIV patients, especially female students and students from art major.57.6% students would feel nervous if buy- ing condoms, some students could not accept condom usage, especially for males and lower grade students. Conclusion In order to carry out the AIDS prevention measures among college students, it is necessary to help them establish correct sex ovinions and realize the importance of condom usage.
