摘要
文章阐述了原发性高血压病的病因病机,认为胰岛素抵抗与其关系密切,胰岛素抵抗是原发性高血压的发病因素之一。从实验研究和临床研究两方面介绍了中医药治疗高血压病的研究进展,并对其进行了评析,认为在这方面虽取得了一定成果,但也存在一些不足。
The paper expounded the etiological factors and pathogenesis of primary hypertension, the insulin resistance was thought to be one of etiological factors of primary hypertension, with private relation between of them. From experimental and clinical studies, it was introduced and analyzed that the progress in treatment of hypertension with TCM, although some outcomes had been gained, some deficiencies also existed.
